RESULTS – OperaLombardia call for the selection of a direction project for La Traviata by G. Verdi
Please find published below the list of the three creative teams admitted to the final evaluation for the selection of a direction project for La Traviata by G. Verdi for the co-production promoted by OperaLombardia with Fondazione Rete Lirica delle Marche and in collaboration with Opera Europa.
Results have been sent to all creative teams by e-mail.
The three finalist creative teams will be called for a presentation of their direction project to the jury and for a practical rehearsal with the cast on March 28th, 2022 at Teatro Ponchielli in Cremona.
Teams admitted to the final phase will receive details of their invitation by e-mail.
Among the 51 applicant direction projects, the international jury composed by Umberto Angelini (Superintendent and Artistic Director, Fondazione Teatro Grande in Brescia – OperaLombardia), Andrea Cigni (Superintendent and Artistic Director, Fondazione Teatro Amilcare Ponchielli in Cremona – OperaLombardia), Anna Maria Meo (General Director, Fondazione Teatro Regio in Parma), Luciano Messi (Director, Fondazione Rete Lirica delle Marche), Barbara Minghetti (Head of programming, Teatro Sociale Como/AsLiCo – OperaLombardia), Julia Lagahuzère (Co-founder and General Director, Opera for Peace) and Tommaso Lagattolla (Scenographer and costume designer), has selected the three following creative teams:
